Lin Yang
I am a physics researcher that interested in interpretating random physical phenomenon in turbid physical fields through data and models. By using laser as the tool, I simulate the light diffusion and propagation in heterogeneous structures, and quantify the desirable unknown parameters of the underlying media. As a data scientist, I implemented many different algorithms, optimization, and simulation methods in my works.
I hold a Ph.D degree (Dr.-Ing.) in Physics, a Master of Engineering (M.E.) in Optics and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Applied Physics. My current focuses are Stoaschtic processes, Monta-Carlo simulation, Neuroimaging, Brain Computer Interfaces, and Diffuse Optics.
